In 2019, Askeri Gallery will present the works of its artists for the third time at Cosmoscow. Despite the fact that the gallery was founded almost four years ago, in 2015, it is a regular participant in Russian and international art fairs, opens up new names in the art world and actively supports already well-known artists. This time at the Askeri Gallery stand you can see an object of Kwan Young Chun (South Korea), sculptures of Daniel Zakh (Russia) and artworks of Romain Froquet (France).
Askeri Gallery is not just engaged in the implementation of objects of art, but collaborates with a small number of artists, strategically building their career path. The gallery works with both young and world famous artists, whose works reflect the main trends of modern Western and Oriental art. Askeri Gallery regularly opens new exhibitions, actively implementing projects on the platforms of partners (including state museums and private organizations), presents its artists at international fairs of contemporary art.
Polina Askeri, founder of Askeri Gallery:
“I am glad that Askeri Gallery participates in Cosmoscow for the third time. Every time we try to show something new, acquaint the audience with foreign artists and present promising Russian artists whom we are preparing for an international level.
We continue to work with Kwan Young Chun, and at Cosmoscow we will bring his color object. For several months, Daniel Zakh created a new series of works “Vertical Inflow”, which is a continuation of the series “Inflow”. We will also show the new works of Romain Froquet, whom Muscovites can remember from a joint project with Bosco Di Ciliegi, when the artist completely designed the trading house "Vesna".
